If you are a current or past COC member and paying full dues as a regular member of NAFEC and have a child, grandchild, or great grand child that has graduated from high school and is enrolled, or in the process of enrolling into an accredited college, university, or trade school this fall, then they are an eligible applicant and you are encouraged to tell them about this opportunity.
